Title: Rib's on the Double-Chef
Post by: LostArrow on April 01, 2012, 01:53:34 PM
My Double-Chef vertical smoker was my first adjustable airflow vertical. Actually has some design improvements over WSM, but not porcelain coated. I've learned to coat the firebox after each cook with oil & it has developed a thick patina of protective seasoning.
It's 3 years old today & has become my Saints , tailgate party cooker for away games.
First cook since Early December.
