Top left is pulled pork hash over rice, pulled turkey, fried chicken, pp and hushpuppys.

Baked beans, southern cabbage and couple more hp.

This they called Beaufort stew, PP sausage, taters, corn, tomatoes, shrimps, sorta like Brunswick.

Their house sauces. The midland mustard was pretty good.

Gotta love those high class joints that serve their food on paper plates ... Looks like good tasting grub!!!! :D :)

Yeah was pretty good. This was a buffet all you can eat. Food was fresh and hot.
Saying goodbye to Edisto SC tomorrow and heading back to GA to pick up our RV. Going to stay in the koa for a week then off to Florida for a couple months.

Hash is big in most of SC and this part of GA. I prefer Brunswick Stew myself. Guess it's what you growed up with. Dee
