Seasoning cook yesteday
Checked dome thermometer with boiling water, right on.
Very well sealed ,no leaks.
Only things that look like can rust out are charcoal grate & charcoal insert.
Both should be replacement parts,
I made a charcoal basket out of leftover expanded metal I had should protect the grill.

That basket should also help to get you some long cook times out of your charcoal.
Will you be using the Minion Method in this pit??
