Title: Breaking-In/Seasoning the WSM

Final act of seasoning the WSM, will be ready to cook on by tomorrow.  ;D

Looks like it will be well seasoned.  I never seasoned mine when I got it. I just started cooking
and let it take care of itself.  After about 4 or 5 cooks it was caked on enough to get the temps
to stabilize.

Seasoning the WSM is a waste unless you are eating whatever you use to season it.  I'm guessing you'll be eating that.  ;D

NOTE TO SELF: Before removing bacon from the WSM, lock up the Irish Setter first, if this step is skipped the Setter wins.  :P
