Another couple of rib eye steaks seasoned with Big Poppa's Double Secret and then seared in my Uuni pizza oven.

Great crust and flavor. They cooked for about 5 minutes. So good!

You don't really need to clean it. That thing gets to at least 850F inside so pretty much everything non metal returns back to its carbon form. Just takes about 10 minutes.
Just a light scraping on the bottom of the interior does the trick. Then dump it out. I like to wipe it down with peanut oil when storing for protection.

Not enough space to replace a full size grill. It does make a mean steak and pizza too ;)
