Did a 4-cheese mac pizza with homemade pesto. Cheeses: Cabot sharp, cave aged white cheddar, smoked Gouda, and Manchego
Mixed the pesto with the mac and cheese

Also did a basic fresh mozzarella, tomato, pesto, and basil pie
