Title: Great Cooking Shears
Post by: LostArrow on June 08, 2014, 10:33:13 AM
These are not poultry shears but high end ($8) trauma shears.
Much better built than the $2 giveaway trauma shears .
Made of titanium , dishwasher safe, will easily spatch-cock a chicken & yes will cut a penny in half ::)

Clauss trauma shears

Timing is everything!  ;) I was about to replace my well used kitchen / poultry shears and have been looking at options. These look like an excellent alternative. Will give them a try. Thanks for sharing this when you did!

I ordered a pair ! those will come in handy !

Butterflied a chicken tonight, to brine, and to use my MRC.
And they are very good !
Much better than any of my kitchen shears, now my wife can use it to cut flower stems, anything her heart desires, and not dull or damage them like the other kit shears.
