July 4th Ribs

Given I had worked all morning and was in a hurry to finish preparing our delicious feast I forgot to take a bunch of pics along the way, but I remembered to snap one right before I started chowing down on these at least.

Sure did enjoy them!  My extremely picky and hyper-critical 94 year old grandfather had some as leftovers today and even he approved. I over-smoked, many a rack before I got to where I am now and I still think I have a ways to go. I always find something I coulda,  shoulda, woulda, done. I just try and remember for the next time. At least the learning process is a little tastier each time. :D
