Howdy from the Magnolia State
« Reply #-1 on: August 08, 2014, 11:46:32 AM »
Hello, everyone!

I'm Tim, and I live in Hattiesburg, MS (home of Bret Favre for you football fans).

I've had a gas grill for a number of years, and I recently added a Weber OTG. So, I'm trying to figure out the whole charcoal thing. It's definitely not as easy as the gas grill, but that's what I like about it--I feel involved more in the cook. I'm sure after a while, I'll probably want to add a WSM or a PBC to the collection too.

I look forward to getting to know you all better and learning a lot from here.

Greetings from North Texas.  The OTG is a great cooking machine, probably one of the best multi-use cookers you can own.  Lot's of us use them here.

Welcome from Minnesota.

I seem to recall a Brett Favre throwing the pig skin around here not too long ago. That guy brought a weird amount of drama with him.
