Getting a late start on the wangs, should be good with the Scotts marinade overnight

Wangs out coming to room temp while i get the smoker going.

Charcoal started with my Looftlighter.

6" tube AMZNPS ready to light.

Got the clay heat shield all foiled up and in the pot.

Wangs in top on and smoke rollin.

Temp is on. Little vent adjust and take off.

I should go dig around and see where I put my Looftlighter. They work pretty good. Wangs look good Rick
