Grilling your Pizza!

Have you ever made Pizza on your grill? How did it turn out? Any tips to share?

Here is our tip: We do any and all pizzas at 350. Takes about 6 - 10 minutes longer (then whatever the recipe/box says - But always keep a close eye the whole time the pizza is cooking and use your judgement) but the light smoke that gets added on is worth every minute!

I agree with everything GrillGirl says. I take ready made frozen supreme pizzas from Krogers (Three 12 inch pizzas for $10), add extra chopped black olives, put them on the pellet pooper at 350, watch them until the cheese melts and the outside crust is just starting to turn brown. They come out delicious with just the right amount of smoke flavor. The only better pizza I have ever had was cooked on a Uuni and Uuni 2 with Cookin Pellets Perfect Mix and was made by Brad and ACW3 last fall in Augusta.
