Tailgating Smoker
« Reply #-1 on: October 03, 2012, 07:14:33 PM »
Well the Ford Fam loves football & tailgating !
Got a Weber Q220 & rolling cart, a mini WSM & a charcoal CB-500 portable grill.
A friend borrowed the WSM so the CB-500 is now a mini smoker!
Just needed 2 bricks & a 13 X 15 in bakers pan.
Will burn for 6 hours unattended !
Pics.

That's a pretty cool charcoal setup for using the Minion method. I like it!
