those stuffed chops look great.  good color threw out the entire bunch.  i'm am really liking the pitbarrel cooker.  it way different than my drum.  i just sold one grill and bought a couple oldies.  the next one i sell i'm thinking hard about the pit barrel cooker.

Thank You Sparky. The cooking grate is mounted lower in the barrel and sits roughly in the same spot where the food would hang if using the re-bar. I refer it as the "Sweet Spot" and was pleasantly surprised to see all the chops cook the same!!
