Welcome from Dothan in South Alabama, we have some pretty good BBQ especially at my house, and I am just a few miles from Hunt's Oyster Bar, best oysters you will ever have and my wife is totally addicted to their chili dogs.

And...your avatar is not lost on me: Carl Reiner - in "The Jerk"...scene is when he removes his glasses which had the invention on them by Steve Martin's character, called an "Optional-Grab". Caused crossed eyes and he was sued into bankruptcy :D :D :D

Welcome from Morganton.  We'll have to put together a list of all those forum members who are "in the area", so to speak.  Four to five members try to meet for lunch about quarterly.  We have eaten at JD's quite often.

Glad you could join us.

it's nice to be in a BBQ group where I'm fairly certain there are quite a few members that know what an "all the way" hamburger or hot dog has on it. LOL!
