Made some Christmas Candy with some Super Pig from Tee.

First batch going in.



First batch out.



Good looking bacon candy



All done now just need some cheese and crackers. So we will wait for the kids and grand daughter to come over

Thick sliced bacon - or thin? What was the sweet spot for time and temp. on this cook?

This sliced at 375 for 20 mins and it was great. Served it on Cracked Black Pepper and Olive oil Triscuits with Smoked Cheese
