Yep. Contact Thermapen. They will ask you to send it in. Do it. I had a similar issue, and they sent me a new one. I was way out of warranty, and they knew that. They stand by their product.Great company, great product, better service.
When you send it back Tommy ask for their "fastest" version... You will get a green one in return
Tommy, Since you have a Red one, as I do, the turn around will be the quickest they can do. If it were any other color it would be less than a year...or two. Dee
I just ordered the back-lit model in white and understand they are fast as light???..sorry too corny huh?
