I tried ribs once dry and wasn't too fond of them. But I have a better idea now on what to do.  ;)

Oh and ribs look fantastic.

i'm cutting the money.  didn't like buying both (sweet money & money) so now I just buy the 5lb bags of money and then make my own sweet sparky rub (sounds better than sweet money).  been using it on pork, beef, fish, veges and love it on chicken.   8)

Great idea. I'm trying to cut back on the space all my rubs take up. And not to mention the cost ???
