Has anybody cooked a steak or hamburgers on the grill grate in the PBC? I wonder if it will sear a steak or a burger.

I think the grate would be too high for a sear but I am sure you could cook burgers and flip say every ten minutes. Or a steak for 8 minutes a side.

Great review of a fantastic product ;)

Mike

I've not tried that - mostly because I have a few other cookers designed for that. I will give it a try. But, my goal for the PBC was not grilling - it was the rest.

Thanks for the mention of my review on the PBC mikecorn.1 (Mike)! I'm glad you guys enjoyed my review!

txpops (Mike) I just posted a reply to your question you posted on that review. :)

I really enjoy using the PBC and everything I've cooked in it has turned out fantastic. I love the fact that it's American Made. Plus the owner, Noah, puts his own personal cell phone number on each and every PBC. You can reach him any time of the day or night with any questions you may have. That's great customer service in my opinion!

Thanks again for sharing info on my review! Hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

Thanks! :) Did you try contacting the owner Noah to see if one could be shipped to you? If not I would go to their contact page on their website and either email him or call him just to be sure.  8)
