Cook 2 - Pork Shoulder
« Reply #-1 on: September 15, 2013, 09:56:24 AM »
Started with a chat with Noah to discuss my first cook. He was quite helpful in establishing potential issues I may have run it to and tips on future use.

Nice tip

Let's get it on

Just realized there's not enough meat on this Sammy. No worries, I'd already had multiple browsing bites.

Lots to learn but a successful cook!

Pulled Pork has become one of the most versatile meats in our home with left overs being used for all sorts of dishes including burritos, with eggs, nachos, and beans.

Nice job. Enjoy!

6 hours. Just over 3 to get to 160, just under 3 wrapped to get to 195.

3 meals down, at least 2 more to go.

Very nice indeed!

Did you have to re-load with charcoal during the 6 hours?
