PBC-2 week review
« Reply #-1 on: September 21, 2013, 01:14:32 PM »
Well, this will be my 2nd weekend with my new PBC.  I can't say enough about this smoker. My first cook, I went with the chicken. I normally do not like smoked chicken, usually too dry, overdone, and otherwise, unpleasant, at least the ones I've done in the past. I figured that if I followed the easy directions and this time it came out great, I would be a believer. Well, my chicken came out perfect. The following day, I smoked a pork shoulder. Once again, with the light it, set it, forget it, it came out awesome. This weekend, I'm going with spare ribs, I can hardly wait for the results!  Thanks Noah and the rest of the team at Pit Barrel Cooker for making an excellent, easy to use product!

The PBC is darn hard not to love  :-* :-*

Don't forget you can grill in it as well. Set in the cooking grate and leave the lid off and you be grillin  8)

It may be the most goof-proof charcoal powered cooker in the world!

Noah and Amber figured out the airflow dynamics in the PBC so well that I do not believe it is possible to make any "dry" food.

Have funn cookin' this weekend - and please post ( pictures are great ;) ) and show us what you made!
