Thanks everyone. Jaxon and Rad these were smaller potatoes so they took about an hour
and I had them on a Kamado Grill Dome rack directly over the coals. Grill temp was about 350 dome.
I have done larger ones and they are usually done in an hour and a half or there a bouts. Got the Grill
Dome rack from Amazon and it fits the 22.5 kettle nicely. Weber quit making their extra racks like these.
