It was a tri tip kinda night.

Tonight Tri tip was on the menu.
I picked up a nice looking tri tip from the meat market today.
Seasoned it up with some double secret then let it sweat awhile.
I made a couple twice baked taters and put those on first. Once done the
Tri tip went on, When the Tri tip hit 110 degrees I moved the coal
basket to the top to get a nice char. Some garlic bread went on as we'll.

Great looking groceries!!!  That was a beautiful piece of meat, dine perfectly (for me, anyway). Time to start looking for some tri-tip in our area, again.
