Gotta love KitchenAid.
« Reply #-1 on: December 05, 2013, 06:57:11 PM »
I got a 13 cup red food processor las year for Christmas. Had a terrible time using it..finally figured out the the top piece wasn't seating right. You know how us girls are when things aren't working like I think they should. So I called them 2 days ago and told them my problem. They sent me a brand new one tonight. I keep walking by it and pushing the button and it works like it should. I am thrilled and a definite KitchenAid girl. Love all my KitchenAid stuffs and their customer service is most excellent.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི

Great to hear Pam. Unfortunately these type of stories are increasingly uncommon.

I think there is a sayin' that goes something like, "You get what you pay for."  and that includes not only the product but the company and the service behind it.  Dee

We purchased ours a long time ago when they only came in white (at least that's all we saw).  Still running like a champ, and we love many of the attachments.  However, the juicer was not as good as we hoped

KitchenAid makes a fine product IMHO. Their mixer is made to last and weighs a ton!

That is a cool story.  One of these years, I will save up enough for a KitchenAid stand mixer.  They are beautiful.  Until then, I will muscle through with my cheep hybrid stand/hand mixer.  :(

I was leary spending that much money on a mixer, but when I caught it on sale an Amazon with a 50.00 rebate I scooped one up. Ended up paying 325.00 and I must say it's one of the best things I have bought.

I just got one for my birthday on sale at Sam's Club which also has the $50.00 rebate. I used it the other day to make a cake for the first time and I couldn't get over how powerful it is. Tomorrow, it's going to be a foccachio bread. This thing will be around long after I am gone.

$50.00 rebate..excellent..I got an extra glass bowl for free with mine. Get your best deal. I sold my white one on cragislist to help pay for the newer and bigger red one. I bake alot tho. This will go to my grandkids. I am teaching them to bake. My daughter in laws do NOT cook. I can't understand that.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི

Pammie, you need to be the new national spokesman for KitchenAid like Kelly Ripa is for Electrolux.
