Made a couple of pizzas on the Uuni tonight.
Got the dough rolled out...
Got some Southeast Smoked crumbled Blue Cheese, onion, BBQ sauce and chicken...
The first pizza was all cheese. The Uuni was way too hot when I put it in. The cheese was returned to it's basic form of carbon in less than 4 minutes
After adjusting the fan speed and letting it settle the second pizza came out perfect in 4 minutes...
I had loaded more pellets than normal because it was so cool out I wanted to get it pre heated quicker. I need to remember that sometimes less is more
And surprisingly the burned pizza was still pretty good!
