I am going to try them Bryan. I have to head for Arkansas for the World Championship Steak Cook-Off next week. SO ...I am going to get into Memphis for dinner time on Thursday.

So in talking to the very helpful concierge last night she explained that the cab drivers and bike taxies all receive kick backs to recommend certain restaurants.

And wouldn't you know, she named the 3 that were recommended to me by my cab driver.

She is native to SC, and wanted to make sure we got the best of SC and not the tourist crap.

Never ate at a Sticky Fingers in the states, I wonder if they are connected to Sticky Fingers in London owned by Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones? I ate there, it was pretty good.
