Title: Light or medium spare ribs

I received an email ad from Restaurant Depot today. And they were advertising these. Never heard this terminology before.

Anybody here know the difference?

Referring to the weight of ribs.
Light =3lbs ish
Medium =4lbs ish

Wouldn't the descriptors of "light" and Medium" refer to just how meaty the ribs are?

If I'm making the trip to Restaurant Depot, it's probably gonna be Beef Chuck Ribs ! ! !
