Nothing special here other than to make the point that the much maligned gas grills still have their place in the arsenal. The Weber does a great job in a hurry on fish. Grill grates are the trick. Put a small chunk of beechwood in the smoker box, mild smoke is great on fish.
Forgot how great of a grill this Weber Summit Gold is. I guess the burners were due for replacement a few years back, the new ones sure throw the heat. Nice to have a "new" grill.
