Man that looks good what oil did you use 375 deg..?
interesting idea. I'll have to give this a try.I have a question. Have you tried a thicker cut of pepperoni, like say 1/8" or 1/4" (just cut from the whole length), or is the thin cut part of the experience (sort of crispy like a chip)?
