I am cooking on the Blackstone 22” tonight. Mini burgers or sliders are on the menu along with air
fried French fries. I used 1-pound of 80/20 beef burger and seasoned it with 1 tablespoon of Meat
Church BBQ Holy Gospel along with a teaspoon of garlic and onion powder. Once on the Blackstone
I seasoned 1 side of the burgers with Montreal Steak Seasoning. I put my burgers together with
some Caribeque Honey Heat Smack Sauce and onion.
It was a very easy, tasty and quick Wednesday meal.
