Pan Fried Oysters and Asapragus

I took the oysters and dredged in flour, egg, panko and then pan-fried for 1 minute a side. I made up a homemade remoulade to use as a dipping sauce and really like it instead of the typical tartar sauce we normally do.
We had asparagus with the Oysters that I cooked in SV and served with a hollandaise sauce.
