A manly Christmas

I've noted several discussions of "manly behavior" on the forum lately and thought about how they applied to Christmas. They don't (and such discussions should probably be left to those who have "issues" anyway). I was, however, inspired by SWMBO's absence and her gift of a new (to me) brand of single malt whisky, to break out the cookers for a greens-free Christmas cook. I promised to resmoke and lightly glaze a ham for the "orphans" at my local coffee shop and decided that, since I was going to be tending cookers for a few hours anyway I might as well make something for myself.
Ham in the RED with smoke provided by A-Maze-N. BBRs and dino bones on the PBC.
If anyone has any extra salad or vegetables...... keep 'em.

Looks like the Turtle gave up eating grasses…...
I like the menu for sure. And - perhaps a fine port and cigar for desert?
