Title: need photos of smokers in action - preferably large traditional stick burners
Post by: Barry CB Martin on December 28, 2011, 06:59:53 PM
Tim and I need some photos for this site to use for a Facebook page - if you have a larger smoker, say on a trailer - and you've got some photos of it in full glory with smoke pouring out of the stack, etc....

Sure would like to use it!

Thanks!

Barry, remember you need thin blue smoke, not thick rolling smoke... sigh.

He does. Of all the BBQ guys that are out there selling stuff, CB is still the most true to what works and trying to help those of us home cooking guys turn out good food. Just had to poke him a bit. Heck, at least he knows better than to soak his smoking wood like some other famous BBQ TV/cook book chefs who will remain nameless.
