Hey All,
I'm glad to have finally registered for this site as I have pored over it for the past few months gaining knowledge from all of you! I'm a middle school teacher from the coastal town of Ipswich, MA, which is more known for fried seafood than good bbq. I've always been interested in getting more serious with my bbq, and recently purchased my PBC, which has seen a pork butt, some baby back ribs, and some chicken quarters so far. I look forward to sharing my cooks with you and learning even more from everyone here.
