Title: Ground meat on a metal Skewer!

I recently made eastern kababs, ground beef on a metal skewer. I had a little trouble betting them to stay on the skewer. I saw a tip that you should smear a little egg yolk on the skewer first. I have not tried this yet but makes sense and I'll try the next time I make some. Don

I'll wait to try using my new skewers until you have checked out the egg yolk trick.
