Title: Sting Rays At Tybee Island GA
Post by: nepas on July 16, 2012, 07:19:56 AM
Heard about them for a while and finally made it down there Sat (big mistake to many beach goers)

Anyways

We got right in, the staff very friendly.

I ordered crab, potato stew which was really good and my wife got lobster/crab bisque also good.
For a plate we shared the fried grouper, also good and lightly breaded. I liked the hushpuppys also.

Nice place to eat.

Only drawback is the crouds going to the beach, parking which is metered. From what i hear there are only 1500 meters on the Island

I took my own sauce.

Sorry not a good pic of the grouper.

We've eaten there as well and it is worth the drive.   And it is a PITA to park!
