Title: La Caja China box

I will try again it was getting late and I needed to get some sleep for Tuesday's work day, my pork butt just would not go past 160'

I haven't found one on Craigslist yet. You know me, I like a bargain.

I'd like to do a whole hog on one, but my wife won't let me cook anything that looks the same as it did when it was alive.

Yes it was, I am pretty sure I messed up each step :'( I will try it again I won't be beaten by a box!
I wanted to tell everyone this was the best pulled pork ever, that was my biggest mistake ;D

Other than the peeking it sounds like your Butt went into a stall and you was trying to rush things.
