I just received my email from UUNI.  I may have to see about getting that stone for my oven.  Not too expensive, either.

I will be ordering that stone for my oven. My oven has been in storage along with a majority of my cooking equipment. Once my life gets back to normal and I have my own place I can get all my cooking equipment back out.

I may take a trip soon over to the storage locker to grab a few things. My Unii 2 will be one of them along with my Anova.

I got to see these pizza ovens in action at the Georgia Gathering in 2014 and, wow, was I impressed!  It's hard to imagine that these newer versions work even better.
