Title: Bald Headed Bistro - Cleveland, TN
Post by: Bigfish8 on March 10, 2016, 09:24:36 PM
I found myself in Cleveland, TN, a nice community North of Chattanooga off I75, with a group of co-workers earlier this week.  We stopped for a beer at Longhorn Steakhouse and asked the bartender for a recommendation for a great place to eat, other than Longhorn.  She recommended we check out Bald Headed Bistro and I happy to report it turned-out to be a true gem!  It is upscale with a nice selection of beef, game, lamb and seafood dishes.  The special that evening was a "Tomahawk 16 ounce prime ribeye."  Picture a big ribeye with a huge bone that would have been right at home with Fred Flintstone.  The steak was dry aged for 28 days and I believe it was the best steak I have ever eaten.

So, should you find yourself in Cleveland, TN and are looking for a great meal I recommend you go to Bald Headed Bistro.  I certainly look forward to a return visit.

Sounds like a road trip is in order.
