Try this beautiful side dish, party appetizer or snack. Made with simple, fresh, delicious ingredients, it’s good and good for you!
Cut and seed an Avocado in half.
Heat grill to 350.
Make our Awesome Cookinpellets Salsa Mix.
Place Avocado on grill for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from grill and place a heaping tablespoon of salsa in center and top with a touch of sour cream.

Cut Avocado in half.
Remove seed
Cook skin side down until its hot though.
Place thin sliced tomato. Basil leaf and a scoop of smoked tuna dip in seed hole. Most any seafood dip does well or even chicken salad...
A light squeeze of lemon never hurt...
Its done...
We have done these with a lot of variations and all work pretty good.

Avocado , tomato, basil , sweet bell pepper wrapped in bacon...
Now I'm stopping at the store on the way home...
