I did Ray. I rubbed EVOO & Fagundes Seasoning on the potatoes before I baked them in the SRG till the IT hit 210ºF. Then seasoned the baked potato with some more of it. I also seasoned the celery, onion, mushroom, and red pepper stuffing with Fagundes when I cooked them in EVOO.

The Pork Chop was flattened then rubbed with EVOO and Head Country Championship Seasoning

Thanks guys. Had a little stuffing left from the pork chops so I stuffed another chicken thigh and BBQed some thighs using Sweet Baby Rays. Fried up a leftover SRG baked potato with a side of sautéed Brussels Sprouts & Mushrooms ;D ;D
