Title: Grilled Shrimp with Sriracha Butter Sauce!
Post by: GrillGirl@cookinpellets on May 13, 2016, 07:55:37 PM
Grilled Shrimp with Sriracha Butter Sauce!
Heat Pellet grill to 300.
I use a a fairly large shrimp, peeled, deveined and cleaned. Pat dry.
I drizzle a small amount of olive oil on each, then put them on the grill.
Only takes about 7-10 minutes, flipping once.
When translucent, I remove from grill, plate and heavy drizzle the sauce and serve!
1/4 cup Sriracha and 1 clove of minced garlic in a small pan.
Add 3 tbs of butter, not the fake stuff but real butter! It's way better for you anyway.
Heat on med heat until it just gets warm then taste to salt and pepper.
If all good pour into blender or whip it very well returning to pan to heat until you just see it start to bubble.
Remove and pour over shrimp and serve immediately.
We used our 100% Hickory pellets.
