Yup, Renaissance Ribs......rubbed down with Fine Swine and Bovine for an overnight rest

On the Boone for a 3 hour ride at 225

For the foil, some butter and Super Pig

Little bit of sauce for the last hour at 180 and they almost look like Muebe and Sparky did em...almost... :) ;)

Oh, I called the ribs "Renaissance Ribs" caused I only used Tee's redneck rubs on them  :)

Yeah, he was in the truck all weekend...he will be out next weekend!!
