Title: New chef at the YC this year went for the first time last night
Post by: Tailgating is my game on July 18, 2016, 04:16:41 PM: Steak Delmonico was good but not big enough
Bread was very good & warm came with oil &or butter but the oil had no seasoning
Baked potato was very good with crispy skin & tender on the inside
The Clam Chowder was thin but very tasty

The rest was average

But I miss the chef we had two years ago he was great

Nothing fancy & the price was right but I joined because we had a great chef for nine years.....sad that I was there for only his last year but he was amazing for a small club of less then 100. I must have put on 20 Lbs that year....... He was so good that the veggies were to die for. I mean things I don't like were fantastic made by him. Best Tuna I ever had! (I do like tuna)
