Great video. When I first got my Cook-Air, I was experiencing on off metallic smell and taste on the food. It was a consistent problem. So I emailed the company, and got a great reply. He said that can happen if you over fill the fire pot with wood. Exactly what I was doing. He said to not go above that little lip 1/2 inch or so from the top of the pot. I fixed that, and haven't had the problem since.
