Title: My First TriTip
Post by: zak99b5 on January 24, 2017, 06:56:51 PM
Previously I grilled some TriTip that my wife bought. It was previously sliced into small steaks. It was good, but not what I was hoping to get

Today I had a snowday and went shopping with the Mrs. Went to the butcher and got a whole TriTip.

Seasoned it with Beef & Game

Cooked it on the PBC for an hour 15, to 125*. Made pork n beans and buttered, herbed potatoes. Then sliced the meat:

So tender, juicy, and flavorful. Sorry for the paper plates. It is just a weeknight lol.
