Start with some fresh fish. Had to go to San Diego for work. Instead is sitting in a hotel decided to go on a fishing trip. 1.5 days. 140 miles down the Mexican coast. Ocean was like glass.

Love catching fish. Eating not so much. But Yellow tail I will eat. Great tasting fish and a Blast to catch. Already trying to get work to send me back.

I love fish tacos. Actually, most seafood tacos. I wouldn't mind catching fish like that, either.
