Greetings everyone,

I am a university music professor and an avid BBQ enthusiast.  I love learning from others and sharing the enjoyment of live fire cooking. I currently own a 22 inch Weber kettle and use it with an SnS and Drip n Griddle.  I plan on purchasing another smoker in the next year and have a working short list of options including the Weber Summit Charcoal, Mgrills M1, and Lonestar Grillz Vertical Offset Smoker. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
