9 3/4 Lb Pork butt going on the mini in about a half hour. Slathered with mustard and used a combo of Texas BBQ Rub and my homemade Carolina Rub. Going to smoke at 235. Will update as the day goes by.

4 hours in. Been spritzing with apple juice every hour.

6 hours. Bark looks good so will dust with rub and spritz with apple juice, then wrap.

How long did it cook for after you wrapped it? Is an internal temp of around 195°F - 200°F what you are shooting for with the pork butt?
