So I ended up getting a DC because I couldn't stand not having a pellet grill any longer. Did some St. Louis cut ribs on Saturday for a little over 4 hours with no wrap. Seasoned with BPS Sweet Money and BPS Happy ending. Also, I built an Old Dave shelf for it earlier that day so cooked them on that. They turned out great, very tender and juicy. This is my first time doing St. Louis I usually do BB, I think these are the best I've ever done. Could have had them without sauce, but I had to try the Blues Hog Original and Tennessee Red. Liked both of them as well.
Kinda blurry pics. Didn't have my cheaters on when taking them!

It's not my first cook on a pellet grill, but this is my first pellet grill. I've cooked a couple other things on it. I just got the grill March 9th. I love this little grill. But I already can imagine having one with more cooking area. Need to build a stand or get a cart though.
Thanks everyone.
