Title: Happy Easter Ribs
Post by: tonynorton317 on April 16, 2017, 01:11:34 AM
HAPPY EASTER everyone.  Just did 7 racks of ribs for the family going to finish them in the morning.

SPG, Smoked Paprika and Brown Sugar 2.5 hour uncovered smoke @ 225 and 1.75 hours @ 260 wrapped with Apple Cider.  Going to do the final with BBQ sauce in the morning.  May try kicking it up to 300 for the saucing to get a better glaze for 45min to 1 hour.
